Customer Rating: Summary: Return denied Comment: I decided that I could not really use the piano keyboard and tried to return it to American Clocks. They e-mailed me a return label, but I could not open it. They e-mailed it again; I could not open it. I asked them to snail-mail it to me. They did not. I called them twice, and they said they would send the label. They did not. So, I am very unhappy with this matter. Incidentally, the piano keyboard is still in the original box. I did not open it.
Customer Rating: Summary: fun for the kids Comment: honestly from the stand point of a real musician... this prduct would not compare to a real instrument. However as a childs play toy... this is a first rate product. My kids love to play and make noise with it. I like the fact it is easy to put away and keep neet. It is also not easily damaged by drinks etc.
My kids have started to learn about scales and cords because of this toy peaks their interest in music. I am quaified to teach them. I did not want to push music on them because I didn't want them to be turned off by it. Instead getting them a toy of this nature that they can listen to through their head phones or bring in and ask me how to play a simple tune on it... has brought them close to music.
If you are looking for a toy that may peek their interest in music it is great. If you are looking for something for a child to learn on... I would spend the money on either a low end piano or at least something that they could actually learn piano functions on such as an electric piano.
Customer Rating: Summary: It's for kids Comment: I think this product is very nice for kids to play with, not for someone who is professional. The sounds are bad and the touch sensivity sometimes doesn't play, and others with one touch we hear many times the same note.
The publicity should be more especific.
Customer Rating: Summary: good buy Comment: I wanted to buy one last year, It was a great find for my husband that travels and can't take a piano with him
Customer Rating: Summary: Unplayable Comment: You have to press the keys hard and they often either do not sound or then sound multiple times.
This is a waste of time and money.
