Comment: I love this little food processor. It holds more than the average small processor and is VERY easy to clean. I just rinse or wipe off the top and set it aside to dry. The container is basic and simple to clean. It comes with a non-skid base that doubles as a snap-on lid to store the contents in the refrigerator if you choose. It processes food very well, leaving no chunks unprocessed, thanks to the design of a low spinning blade.

Comment: I bought this to replace a 20+ year old version of the same product. That chopper was still working just fine until my son dropped the bowl and broke it. The motor was in tiptop condition but obviously it's impossible to find a replacement bowl for something that's been around so long. I'm really thrilled with how long it worked, so I wanted to replace it with a similar product. This new chopper is amazing!!!! It's so quick and quiet. It's just wonderful. I doubt it'll last as long as the first one did -- products aren't made to last that long any more -- but I sure hope I'll have it for a very long time.

Use the EHC650 to chop your salsa ingredients, remove the dishwasher safe blade and store the salsa in your fridge with the non-slip base that doubles as a storage lid. The 3-cup bowl and storage lid are dishwasher safe and the upper mechanism easily wipes clean.
